At Helixa Labs, we stand behind the quality of our research peptides. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product does not meet the stated purity specifications

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Custom or special order items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at helixalabs@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us with tracking (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
